How do I control the 360 degree image to move around?
Easy- move your cursor anywhere over the image, left click your mouse, hold and drag in any direction- even up and down (if the particular image allows). Experiment by clicking on all the symbols in the transport bar. If the tour is Flash based, you can use your arrow keys and mouse wheel for control.

What about zooming in and out?
Click on the video control strip + and - buttons. Or, with your cursor over the image, press SHIFT to ZOOM IN and CTRL to ZOOM OUT. Your mouse scroll wheel works, too. Experiment by clicking on all the symbols.

Can I make the image spin without touching it?
We can make the Spin360's auto-rotate when it opens or remain static until the viewer interacts with it by clicking on the image and dragging in any direction. We include a video control strip (transport bar) embedded in the image to encourage interaction. Experiment by clicking on all the symbols.

Why can't I see the spinning image?
Unfortunately some viewers behind some corporate firewalls or browser restrictions can be blocked from viewing interactive content. Ensure your browser in enabled for Scripts and ActiveX. Allow popup windows from this website. Click yes to the notifications that may appear. Another reason may be because you do not have the latest version of Java, Flash or QuickTime 6.5 or later installed on your computer. Sometimes having extra windows open can use up your computers resources and stop media from loading and opening- try closing any open windows or applications.

Why is the image shimmery?
This is known as aliasing. When you stop the image from moving it clears up. These are settings in the flash tours and can be remedied by incresing the quality when the image is spinning. However, this uses a lot of computer processing and some of your customers might experience slow or jerky motion. See our home page 360 to see aliasing switched to medium, and our news page to see it switched to high quality. You can choose how you want your tours to be viewed.

How can I view the 360 full screen?
On most Spin360's click on the X symbol directly under the image bottom left. Browser settings may vary greatly on individual computers. Spin360's are created to open by default in a full screen view. Simply maximise your browser by clicking on the little double square icon in the top right hand corner of your browser window. TIP: Toggle F11.

How easy is it to add a Spin360 tour to my existing website?
Spin360 hosts your tour content as part of our service and is renewable annually. Some clients may prefer to host their own content, however we recommend our hosting service because we can easily tweak and update your content and it's the only way we can ensure functionality as intended.

Once your panoramic images have been captured, edited and turned into a Spin360 we can easily incorporate them into your website for you, or by communicating with your website designer. It is an very simple process that we deal with daily.

How big are 360's? (file size)
If by 'BIG' you mean file size and how fast they download... Each project is unique and image requirements will vary. At Spin360 our goal is best quality images and minimum file size for fast download, even for users with slower internet connections.

High-resolution and full screen panoramas (our recommended standard) are anywhere between 400Kb and 1.5Mb in size, depending on how much detail and zoom quality you desire.

How big are 360's? (viewing size)
If by 'BIG' you mean the window size in dimensions (measured in pixels)... any size, every possibility.

At Spin360 we now use the same high photographic standards to make smaller 360's as we do to make our full screen 360's. We can produce any size of 360 to suit any website requirement. From thumbnail, advertising banners, snapshot, to our flagship360 x 180 degree FULL SCREEN Spin360's. What size would you like it to be?

Who owns the Spin360 once it's online?
You have shared ownership of the 360 image with Spin360, but you have the option to purchase the 360 image outright. This means Spin360 is allowed to promote your business in the form of a demo from this site with credit to you. All the tours you see on this site are hosted by Spin360 and appear here like they do from the clients website. We are constantly monitoring updates in technology and can pass on any advances that enhance the way your Spin360 content is delivered to your customers.

What is the process?
Look; Book; Confirm; Deposit; Shoot; Process; View Online; Approve; Balance of payment; Send email
with final viewing instructions. Once final payment is received, your tour can be online immediately. From shoot to online- 12-24 hours.

Shoot - It usually takes an hour for our photographer to shoot a virtual tour of 4 scenes. To save you time and keep to budget we ask that you have the property ready for filming at the time of the appointment.

SECURITY - Number plates, street numbers and names, and identifying signs are routinely erased from a scene during the processing stage to ensure anonymity. Moreover, at your request, personal effects (photographs, paintings, etc.) can be "edited out" to further protect the privacy of the home seller. Spin360 do not use the house/flat number in identifying your Virtual Tour.
